Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering Industrial or equivalent.
- Min Diploma D3, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language: English
- Full-Time position available.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to manufacturing and marketing colleagues in setting up economic studies for new product development
- Provides economic studies relative to capital expenditures projects for equipments upgrading, replacements and or productivity improvements
- Conduct cost analysis, time and motion study, feassibility studies, system analysis
- Estabilishesthe approved routing data of variable overhead, fixed overhead and dierect labor requirements for the SAP system
- Monitor and provides feedback of operation performance throught perodic report
- Reviews and studies proposal for the programs to attain work simplification and methods improvements
- Conducts periodic production line audits to verify compliance to set standards
- Process excelence function : coordinate quality objectives, activities, and achievements to resolve production problem, maimize product reliability, and minimize cost
- Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, action and control
- Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worket functions and responsibility
